Round by round, box by box.

We're not a butcher's shop. We're a small farm using direct sales to make whole-animal use practical. That means rounds, not stock.

    Join the list — reserve your box

    Pick the boxes and extras you'd like. It's a non-binding reservation, no payment yet. We open a round whenever an animal is ready — your reservation carries over until the next opening.

  2. 02

    We email you when a round opens

    When an animal is ready, everyone on the list gets a personal email first. You'll see what's available this round and the pricing.

  3. 03

    5 days for the list to confirm

    Reservation holders have 5 days to confirm their choices and pay by bank transfer. After that, whatever's left goes public on our Facebook and Instagram until the round sells out.

  4. 04

    We butcher and pack

    Once the round closes, we process the animal and pack your cuts vacuum-sealed in butcher paper, inside an insulated cooler.

  5. 05

    Pick up locally

    Collect at the chosen Tallinn, Tartu, Rakvere, or Pärnu drop-off point on the pickup date. Return the cooler next round to recover the deposit.

Why no single cuts?

An animal isn't only ribeye. To honour the animal and stay operationally sane, we sell only balanced boxes. That's why tallow and other extras only ship with a box.
